It’s my mission to empower other Moms to be happy and healthy. I help parents teach their babies and toddlers to sleep by educating parents on their child’s age appropriate sleep needs and sleep training options. Parenting isn’t always innate but is a skill that can be taught and honed. I’m also passionate about educating Moms on healthy nutrition choices to fuel their body and overcome fatigue.

I struggled immensely after the birth of my son. Getting him to sleep was tough, but even once he was sleeping I was still so tired. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and was told it sometimes happens to women post-partum and I may or may not need to take a pill for the rest of my life. This explanation didn’t sit well with me. I set out researching and asked my doctor to test me for Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, which came back positive. I’ve spent hours researching this autoimmune disease and thousands of dollars consulting with high priced healthcare practitioners. Nothing has given me as much energy as educating myself on smart food choices, eliminating gluten, and accepting my own limitations and need of 9 hours of sleep per night. I provide support, knowledge, and empower women to make smart decisions for their life.

Interests & Knowables:
I’m a Canadian girl living in California. My son and daughter are one of my greatest passions and hobbies. I love connecting people, traveling to new places a good Netflix series and being near the ocean.

My 8 years of university health education gives me a strong base knowledge of health and disease. I love working with women who are tired and want more energy in their lives.
