Tori was an international model, yogi and bartender who was struggling with energy and health issues and unsure of what she wanted to do with her life. Here is her story:

I was a perfectionist, high level athlete, grade A student, Star Wars/ Chronicles of Narnia addict, and a hardcore book worm. As I went through high school, I became so overwhelmed with social pressure and the stress I put on myself to excel that I began to slip into destructive habits. By the time I reached grade 11, I was confined to a hospital bed and in a long-term recovery center for my body and mind. I had broken.

I spent the next 6 years going in between hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and out-patient programs. I was a walking pharmaceutical experiment. Every professional decided a different concoction of pills was better than the last. I would spend 3-5 months in the system, be released, spiral down and end up back in the hospital 2-5 months later. I lost my teenage years and everything I loved. I was a shell of myself and it was heartbreaking to my friends and family.

18 months ago, a beautiful woman asked me: What was the one thing in my life that I wanted to change the most? I knew. I wanted my mental and physical health to reflect the person I knew I could be. She told me exactly what I am telling you. This is the vehicle that will get you there. I had nothing to lose, except the painfully uncomfortable seat I had settled for on a rock at the very bottom of my potential. That seat isn’t worth saving. Lose it.

I started feeding my body the best quality nutrition day in and day out. I began taking top grade vitamins. I incorporated active herbal adaptogens into my regular routine that allowed me to manage my mental clarity and stress with nutrition instead of the ongoing flow of prescriptions.

After a couple months of starting this nutritional rebalancing routine, I hit the ground running and decided to enroll in the Institute of Integrative Nutrition to be a Registered Holistic Health Coach. I wanted to further my education in holistic health!

During this whole transformation period, my family and friends had been watching and wanted to know what I was doing. I, very slowly, stepped out of my comfort zone and began sharing the routine and systems that were changing my life. Before I knew it, I had a team of people passionately improving their health just like I was. This opportunity is contagious and I want to shout it from the rooftops.
